Refund policy

Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of receiving the item, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original condition
  • Tags and packaging must be intact
  • No makeup stains on clothes
  • No dirt, scuffing, or wear on shoes
  • Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

All delivery charges related to exchanges are fully catered for by the customer.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Sale items – items bought on sale or promotion are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange subject to availability – exchanges depend on available stock.
