Purchase Options

We offer secure online payments via M-Pesa, debit/credit cards, and other trusted payment methods.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Pre-order items may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

For Cash on Delivery cancellations, no payment will be collected.

Wardrobe Haven reserves the right to cancel any order if the item is out of stock, payment is not completed, or in cases of suspected fraud.
