Terms of service

1. Payment Policy

All orders are strictly payment before delivery.
Items will only be dispatched after full payment has been confirmed. We do not offer cash on delivery or partial payments.

2. Delivery Policy

Wardrobe Haven we only items paid for no more no less.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct size before completing payment.

Measurements can be provided upon request prior to payment.
Orders placed without confirming size are done at the customer’s discretion.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
No refunds are issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to sizing issues or change of mind.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted within 24 hours of receiving the item, subject to the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition
All tags and packaging must be intact
Clothing must have no makeup stains
Shoes must show no dirt, scuffing, or signs of wear

Any item that fails to meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

5. Exchange Delivery Charges

All delivery or courier charges related to exchanges are fully covered by the customer.

6. Availability of Exchanges

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, the exchange will not proceed.

7. Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotions are not eligible for exchange.

8. Reservations

We do not reserve items without payment.
All items are sold on a first-paid, first-served basis.

9. Colour Disclaimer

Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution. These differences do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
